Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳500 (mobile banking).
• The minimum deposit for bank transfers is ৳5,000.
• No fees are charged on deposits.
• Deposits from payment methods registered under a third party's name are strongly discouraged.
• Suspicious deposits may be placed on hold pending verification.

Withdrawal Rules

Closing Your Account Yourself

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet and contact our support team.

B 999 services are provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from the following:

• Bets missed due to internet connection loss.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Issues with your own device or software.
• Force Majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.).
• Not earning the expected returns from betting.

B 999's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.
